Bamboo massage is a fusion of relaxing and deep massage techniques using specially designed bamboo sticks which can provide deep pressure to release muscle tension leaving relaxation and a sense of well-being. This popular traditional medicine technique originated in China and has been thought to have "magical" properties. Aside from the deep tissue work and relaxation, the bamboo provides mineral properties which may improve skin tone, reduce wrinkles and sagging, in addition to the rejuvenating sensation of improved circulation.

Relaxation Massage

Utilizing the classic Swedish massage style, this service incorporates soothing, relaxing strokes to promote balance and body harmony. Light to moderate pressure enhances circulation, while gentle stretching reduces tension. This massage promotes a state of deep relaxation and leaves you with a wonderful sense of well-being.

The upper body or half hour session is typically upper body work but the therapist can focus on a specific area if needed. The full body or hour session is scalp to lower leg work but also can focus on a specific area.

Deep Tissue Massage

Ideal for those who are physically active, suffer from chronic pain, or receive massage on a regular basis. Each therapist uses a unique combination of techniques to target and relieve stress-related points found in the muscles, allowing for pain relief and greater range of motion.

Full Body Massage with Paraffin Treatment

Experience a full body massage with soothing paraffin added to the back and backs of thighs. Paraffin helps moisturize and soothe dry, chapped skin.

Hot Stone Massage

Experience a wonderful, relaxing massage combined with deep heat therapy. Smooth, polished basalt lava stones are heated and incorporated into this massage. Tight or sore areas absorb the lingering heat, and deep warming occurs literally, melting tension away. An ideal treatment to loosen tight muscles, relieve stress, and ease tension

Maternity Massage

A massage designed for times when an expectant mother needs nurturing of her own. Special attention is given to the mother's comfort and stage of pregnancy. This massage is the perfect treatment for easing the pain, discomfort, and swelling associated with pregnancy. Not recommended for guests in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Pampered Body Scrub

This relaxing full body scrub uses a sugar base with essential oils and seasonal essences. The skin is polished and then a soothing moisturizer is applied. This service can be added to any massage.

Lymphatic Drainage

This is a manual technique done with the very lightest touch. It helps manage lymphedema, chronic swelling, post surgical swelling and chronic pain.

Back and Foot Scrub Add On

This 15 minute service can be added to any massage to exfoliate and hydrate the back and soften rough feet.

TMJ Therapeutic Massage

This is a gentle touch massage technique that addresses TMJ, headaches, and sinus issues.
