Pampered Bodies offers a full-spectrum Sunlighten infrared sauna in Meridian, MS-designed to promote deep relaxation, detoxification, improved circulation, and skin rejuvenation. Unlike traditional saunas, our infrared sauna uses gentle, radiant heat that penetrates deeper into the body to support muscle recovery, stress relief, and overall wellness.

Sessions are available in 30- or 45- minute options, and guests can fully control the temperature for a personalized experience. Robes and towels are provided, and guests are welcome to wear lightweight clothing or a swimsuit during their session.

Whether your are looking to boost your immune system, ease joint pain, or simply unwind, our private infrared sauna is a perfect addition to your self-care routine. Available as a standalone service or paired with any spa treatment.

A consent form is required before first sauna session. Please consult with your physician if you have unstable Angina, recent heart attack, Peripheral Artery Disease, Anhidrosis, recent abdominal surgery, or use prescription medications. We do not recommend pregnant women use the Infrared Sauna. Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
